I've been bit by the bug...
The DIY bug.
And I'm officially addicted.
The DIY bug.
And I'm officially addicted.
Of course, along with every other woman in the world, I've been an avid Pinterester (like my word? I do, too.) for quite some time now.
But I've totes been guilty of pinning without planning...I pin, and then it goes to a board of mine to die.
With exception of the recipe section, (duh, I would make all the recipes but nothing else...) I can't think of a single other thing I've made. Shame on me, I know, right?
But yesterday, something magical happened...I started looking at Pinterest and actually had the desire to create these fabulous pins I was pinning...they were realistic and fun! The bug bit me right square on the butt. I even spent a little time on Etsy ordering some fun supplies for a few projects...call me Martha Stewart (minus the ankle alarm.)
So today for Pinteresting Wednesday, here are some of my upcoming projects. Whether they are a success or not, I'm gonna try and I'm gonna post to y'all about them, so hold me accountable, chicks!

{these are all on my "time to get creative" Pinterest board}
Chevron and glitter--this DIY was made for me.
Actually ordered a big bulk of multi-colored buttons off of Etsy last night for CHEAP!
What word should I try for this? Any ideas?
I'm hoping that Oxford and Greenwood are close enough on the map so
they both fit in the frame :)
Wonder if my mom will notice when her grater is gone?
Raided the hardware store yesterday--got a few funny looks for having a
huge handful of paint samples, but whatev. I'm painting a rainbow room, duh.
Cute for Valentine's Day! I may do it in my room colors to use year round!
These would be perfect in our household...
I have a feeling this is going to be harder than it looks, but I will try anyway!
Ahhh, a DIY Valentine's Day wreath. Going to buy some felt today!
Have any of you fallen prey to the DIY bug? If so...share your DIYs, I'm gonna need a fix soon--I can tell this is going to be my new addiction.
Do y'all ever shop on Etsy? What are your favorite stores?
I can't wait to hear all of your ideas! Share away, girlfriends. I'm off work today and expecting some crafting to happen SOON!
Happy, happy Wednesday to all of you!

I love that diy bracelet... Really cute!!
Must. Make. Button. Heart.
Oh my word, LOVE it ALL!!!!!!!!!! And how brilliant is that grater?? LOL! Have a wonderful day, friend! :)
I did the "button letters" in a frame. I lined the back with scrapbook paper and hot-glued the buttons to form our monogram. Very cute and I recommend it because it was simple :)
Shut your mouth! You're from Greenwood!? I'm from Grenada! haha. Small world. And I bet they will both fit in the heart! Can't wait to see. I may have to borrow the chalkboard wine glasses idea for a shower I'm throwing soon!
Ohhhh I love ALL these! Thanks for sharing! Have a great day, sweet girl!
I love the buttons in the frame!! My pins go on a board constantly to die. Lol
I think I am going to do the heart map too!!
I did the cheese grater! Love mine! So practical and so cute! :)
Happy Wednesday!
I love all of these but that map frame is really cool. I might do that!
I did the heart picture frame. You can see it at the bottom in this post. http://recordingcourtanddave.blogspot.com/2012/01/engagement-pictures.html
You can go to hobby lobby and get it cut any size you want! I love it!!
O girl... all of my pins go to die, as well ha!! Must be pro-active about this stat.
I love the Valentine wreath and the paint chip picture. I can't wait for you to do one and then blog about it! I would love to make a wreath, because I think that'd be pretty in a bathroom in pink or something, but I have zero time. boo. How about you just make one and send it to me? ; )
Dying to try the chalkboard paint wine glasses! I think they are so cute!
Love all of these!! I made that bracelet and recently did the heart map craft. I love it. If you wanna see the finished product look at Miscellany Monday post. I am dying over that glitter chevron canvas. That is next on my list. THanks for sharing!
