Holy crap--it's already Wednesday? Where is this week going? I'm sure some of you were probably wondering if I was still alive--don't think I've posted on Instagram, Facebook, or the blog since the weekend. But I'm here, y'all. And I'm good. Off work today, so I'm doing the necessary catch up things--spend too many hours on Blogger, catch up on my DVR, and maybe nap. You know, the important things.
Let's catch up on life, shall we? I'll do a little weekend update on a Wednesday...I'm a badass like that.
This past Friday, I went to Memphis with a bunch of my Kappa Delta sisters from college to celebrate one of their birthdays! We ate dinner at eighty3, a restaurant downtown. The food was GREAT and the atmosphere was even better. We had such a good time being together and acting like we were still in college! It was fab. I have the best friends!
Saturday morning, I got up at the CRACK of dawn and went to my hometown for a wedding shower for the sister. Some of her sweet friends from high school threw her a gorgeous pottery shower at a bookstore in Greenwood. I love those girls like they're my own little sisters, so it was so fun being a part of that day with them! It was a BLAST! Can't believe wedding day is like 5 WEEKS!!!
